Responsibilities
* Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring strong customer retention and delivery of sales and margin targets
* Identify and convert new business opportunities through close collaboration with distribution partners
* Develop and execute account plans that drive revenue growth and increase market presence within key sectors
* Communicate new product developments to partners and create strategies to maximise uptake and sales impact
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and key external stakeholders
* Keep customers informed on product updates, compliance requirements, and training opportunities
* Maintain accurate records of activity and customer interactions within the CRM system
The Successful Candidate
* 3+ years B2B sales experience
* Field sales experience is essential
* Experience selling products related to healthcare, hygiene, PPE or similar would be ideal
* Must be confident in both account management and new business generation
* Full UK driving license
* Based in Southwest England
* Basic salary: up to £50,000
