Job Description:

The Osteotec Spine Division is searching for a Territory Sales Manager to join their team in the West Midlands. Birmingham, Leicester, Nottingham, and Derby are the ideal locations.

Brief Description: The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for achieving sales in the designated territory in line with company objectives.

Under the guidance of the Sales Manager, the Territory Sales Manager manages all elements of the sales cycle, including setting objectives, planning, implementing activities, reviewing results, and adjusting plans.

The role involves growing Osteotec’s business by selling products directly to customers such as Spine Surgeons, decision-makers, and supporting customer acquisition through technical expertise.

Responsibilities:

* Promote, demonstrate, and sell spine products to NHS and private hospitals
* Achieve sales targets and KPIs
* Demonstrate medical equipment in theatre and clinical settings
* Conduct trials and evaluations to drive sales
* Provide excellent customer service and support customer acquisition
* Develop and implement a sales business plan
* Manage resources and materials, including consignment stock
* Build relationships with key stakeholders, including surgeons and hospital staff
* Organize and conduct training workshops
* Report regularly to Sales Managers
* Maintain relationships with key opinion leaders
* Ensure compliance with ethics and legal standards
* Liaise with other departments to meet sales objectives
* Spend approximately 80% of time in theatre environments
* Perform other relevant duties as needed

Essential skills and qualities include excellent interpersonal skills, decisiveness, motivation, adaptability, planning ability, organization, resilience under pressure, flexibility, business acumen, conflict resolution, computer proficiency, and proven sales experience, especially in medical devices like spine or orthopaedics. A valid driving license is required.
