WHAT TO EXPECT The department is responsible for maintaining site operations and developing the site infrastructure across the EPMC. The department covers a wide range of responsibilities from managing the provision of utility services and management of key service providers on site as well as the day to day maintenance and safe operation of the site and facilities. Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities: • Work with first-tier contractors to ensure site metrics and deliverables for facilities and environmental are met. • Support all defect reporting for site and snagging of issues for all areas and projects. • Work with Maintenance teams to define and build site spares stocks and ensure budget control. • Raise SAP and IESA orders following them through the approval process to the point of delivery. • Help to build database of all procedures linked to site services, technical services & works engineering. • Support to ensure we are compliant from H&S and all environmental legislation. • Organise the periodic NDT inspections to establish the current known condition of the plant rooms and the machinery across the site. WHAT YOU'LL NEED • The candidate must have had valid experience of working in a busy, high volume fast paced production situation and be able to demonstrate on how to deal with the changing business needs and priorities whilst maintaining focus on the roles requirements at all times. • Will have good leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels within the business and the customer supply base. • Evidence of managing and leveraging maximum support from the wider team to achieve objectives. • Analytical and troubleshooting skills and can demonstrate effective problem management. • Have a high level of drive, self-motivation and able to deliver with minimum supervision.
