We’re looking for a Consultant Coordinator to work within our small but dynamic team. You'll become a trusted expert and go-to person for consultants across the business, playing a pivotal role to ensure they’re organised and focused while supporting their success and sales strategies. This is a varied role where no two days are the same – perfect for someone with strong attention to detail, great organisation skills, and the confidence to work with stakeholders across all levels of the business. What we’re looking for problem-solving skills and exceptional attention to detail strong Microsoft Excel skills (PivotTables, functions, formulas) and full Microsoft Office proficiency confident communication skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders resilient, adaptable, and highly organised a collaborative team player who's not afraid to be different and contribute new ideas natural curiosity with an eagerness to continuously learn and improve Desirable but not essential 2 years in a comparable coordinator/support role track record of accurate data management and analysis degree-level education or equivalent What you’ll be doing providing first-line support to the Consultancy team, ensuring smooth operations and alignment with sales strategies compiling reports, analytics, and management information to support decision-making maintaining accurate data across internal systems and driving improvements in processes being a principal point of contact for consultants and business units, building strong, trusted relationships assisting in coordinating communication and projects to keep teams informed and engaged supporting Team Directors with performance management, operational insights, and team coordination collaborating across departments to improve efficiency and deliver operational excellence Why join us?
