We're looking for a Junior CE Consultant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who already has some exposure to Dynamics 365, perhaps in a support, analyst, or junior consulting role and wants to take the next step into a client-facing consulting position.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support requirements gathering sessions and assist in documenting business processes.
* Help with the configuration and customisation of Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform.
* Assist with solution testing and user acceptance testing.
* Support data migration activities, such as preparing migration profiles and running test loads.
* Contribute to the delivery of client training sessions and demonstrations.
* Provide day-to-day support to clients and build positive working relationships.
* Continuously develop your knowledge of Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and related Microsoft technologies.
