This role sits within our Public Sector FM business division that provides Cleaning, Catering, Hard Services, Pest Control, Carbon & Energy, and Security services to a wide range of prestigious clients, within the Education & Healthcare market. About The Role: SHIFT PATTERN - 4 on 4 off Night Shifts, WORKING HOURS - 12 hours, 20:00 - 08:00, As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Protecting the security and safety of the identified buildings and personnel at a busy client site. Acting as a first line support to employees and visitors to site, providing a professional and friendly service. Support a safe working environment for staff, residents, and visitors by adhering to Health and Safety legislation, policies and procedures, and reporting any damage/defects occurred. Fire, security and building systems monitoring. Service area barrier control and traffic management. Day to day you will be providing an efficient and effective Security Service, ensuring high standards are delivered and maintained across the sites. Responding to emergency situations in an effective manner. The day-to-day management of Security Officers to ensure the required Company and client requirements are met. Review Performance of the Security Officers daily. Develop and maintain good working relationships with our clients. Conduct training with the team to ensure development is in line with business requirements. The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria: Must have Right to Work in the UK.
