Recruitment Consultant
Sapien Engineering are a specialist design and development recruitment agency operating within the engineering and manufacturing sectors. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding team.
The role will be based out of our office in Bracknell, Berkshire and is paying up to £35,000 D.O.E.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and develop a specialist market within engineering/manufacturing
* Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from candidate sourcing to placement
* Identify and win new business opportunities
* Source high-quality candidates through networking, social media, and industry engagement
* Collaborate with internal teams and share market insights
* Maintain accurate records and provide market performance updates
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant (engineering/manufacturing preferred but not essential)
* Strong business development and client relationship skills
* Ability to manage a recruitment pipeline and achieve targets
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
