As part of their continued growth, we are seeking an Account Manager to take ownership of key NHS customer relationships across the UK. This is a strategic, customer-centric role focused entirely on nurturing, growing, and maximising value within existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and develop long-term partnerships with NHS stakeholders across multiple regions.
* Drive upselling, cross-selling, and renewal activity across the full product and service portfolio.
* Work closely with clinical and procurement teams to understand evolving needs and align solutions accordingly.
* Ensure customers are achieving maximum benefit and ROI from their current technology investments.
* Collaborate with internal teams (clinical, technical, commercial) to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
* Provide insight and feedback from customers to shape ongoing product and service development.
