What you will do:
1. Conduct thorough assessments of children and families referred to the Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH).
2. Work collaboratively with partner agencies to gather relevant information and provide informed safeguarding decisions.
3. Develop intervention plans that address identified needs and monitor their effectiveness.
4. Ensure the timely and accurate recording of all casework in line with statutory guidelines.
5. Attend and contribute to team meetings and case discussions to facilitate integrated working practices.
6. Provide advice and support to families and professionals on safeguarding issues and protocols.
