Maintenance of stock control accounts. Review debtor and creditor balances Assisting in the preparation of year-end audit schedules. Preparation and filing of VAT returns. Review of purchase ledger, ensuring pro-forma invoices and payments on account are followed up. Process transfers on e-banking system. Monitoring and evaluating financial information systems and suggesting improvements where needed Implementing corporate governance procedures, risk management and internal controls The Person Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA), or qualified by experience 5 Extensive accounting experience to include cost analysis techniques Excellent IT skills including experience of accounting software, ERP Implementation experience preferable.
