The position of CNC Service Engineer will include: * Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for working on multi-axis CNC lathes and sliding head machines. * Installation of CNC machines and bar feed equipment * Attending breakdowns and diagnosing faults * Mechanical, electrical and PLC fault finding * Repairs, servicing and preventative maintenance * Machine alignments and accuracy checks * Reading and interpreting engineering and electrical drawings * Providing telephone technical support to customers when required * This is a field-based role requiring extensive travel across the UK and Eire, including regular nights away.
