About the Role We are looking for a skilled, caring and enthusiastic HLTA to lead a targeted Drawing Club writing intervention for small groups of Year 1 and Year 2 pupils with special educational needs. This role is key to supporting pupils who are working within the EYFS Communication & Language and Literacy frameworks, helping them to develop confidence, vocabulary and early writing skills through high-quality, structured and creative provision.
