About The Role
Entertainment is at the heart of Butlin's, and we are passionate about delivering exceptional experiences! We’re on the lookout for talented Sound Engineers to join our dynamic Technical Support Team.
Our entertainment program is vibrant and diverse, featuring everything from theatrical spoken word performances to full band arrangements. As a Sound Engineer, you will collaborate closely with artists, performers, and the wider Technical Team to ensure our shows continue to delight our guests and create unforgettable memories.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Setting up, operating, and maintaining our sound systems.
* Delivering fantastic sound quality at every show.
About You
We’re seeking an experienced sound engineer with a solid understanding of digital and analogue mixing desks, musical instruments, and backline equipment. Familiarity with RF and Midi control is also essential.
While experience across various entertainment genres is a plus, what truly matters is your ability to think on your feet and approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset.
In addition to operating sound equipment, you will also contribute to maintenance and repairs, so demonstrable experience in this area is important.
