An opportunity for a Senior Post-Completions Assistant to join us at a well-regarded high street firm. We are a friendly and supportive team, the opposite of a conveyancing factory. We can be flexible with start and finish times to avoid traffic. Requirements: As a Post Completions Assistant, you will provide post completions support to the residential conveyancing fee earners All elements of the legal administration function, specifically dealing with Stamp Duty submissions and Land Registry. Other duties include file opening, electronic onboarding tasks, dealing with routine client enquiries, and reporting and updating external portals. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience in a conveyancing department. Demonstrating good organisational skills and being determined to progress.
