The Role
Lead analytics across a range of digital clients, ensuring data accuracy, clear performance measurement, and actionable insights that drive results.
Responsibilities include:
* Own analytics strategy and tracking for multiple brands
* Set up and manage GTM, tagging plans, and conversions
* Create dashboards and reporting
* Manage client analytics accounts and data integrity
* Analyse performance and present insights to senior stakeholders
* Collaborate closely with SEO, paid media, CRM, and creative teams
* Line manage an offshore analytics specialist
Candidate Requirements
* Strong GTM, tracking and GA expertise (GA4 and GTM essential)
* Dashboarding experience preferred
* Able to confidently present insights and advise non-technical stakeholders
* Experience in a digital agency or multi-brand environment ideal
* Ready to step into a leadership role with ownership and autonomy
