Response Maintenance Administrator – Dungannon
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, Day Shift (8-hour shift)

The Role
We are seeking a Response Maintenance Administrator to support a busy Response Maintenance Team with day-to-day administrative duties. This is a fast-paced role requiring strong teamwork, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage workloads and targets efficiently while delivering a high standard of service.
Key Responsibilities
·Manage email and telephone enquiries from internal teams and members of the public
·Provide a professional and friendly level of customer service, handling telephone calls from customers
·Take ownership of a designated contract, ensuring deadlines are met and that tenants, management, and contractors are kept informed
·Schedule appointments and meetings, maintaining accurate and up-to-date diaries
·Maintain accurate records and administrative systems
·Provide administrative support to the wider response maintenance team
·Assist with general office duties as required in a busy working environment
Experience & Skills Required
·Previous administrative experience is desirable, though not essential, as full training will be provided
·Ability to demonstrate reliability, flexibility, and adaptability
·Capable of working on own initiative and remaining accurate under pressure
·Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
·Excellent planning, organisational, and communication skills
·Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Full training will be provided, allowing the successful candidate to gain valuable hands-on experience.
