We’re looking for a Commercial Property Senior Associate Solicitor to join a highly regarded firm in Wigan.
You’ll be working closely with one of the firm’s Managing Partners, gaining exposure to a wide variety of high-quality work and the support to progress to partnership level.

Who we’re looking for
4. Commercial Property Solicitor with 5+ PQE
5. Broad experience across landlord & tenant, acquisitions & disposals, development, commercial leases and property finance
6. Background in either a national or high street firm
7. Entrepreneurial and proactive, with a strong commercial outlook
8. Experience in mentoring or supervising junior colleagues
What you’ll be doing
9. Managing a mixed caseload of commercial property matters
10. Working closely with a Managing Partner on high-quality client instructions
11. Advising on landlord & tenant, acquisitions & disposals, development, commercial leases and property finance transactions
12. Building relationships and taking an active role in business development
13. Providing support, mentoring and supervision to junior colleagues
Salary & Benefits
14. Salary: Circa £65,000 DOE (based on one third of billings)
15. Bonus: Departmental profit share (negotiated individually)
