Senior Recruitment Consultant - Engineering
This is a leadership-ready recruitment role in Manchester, with a brand-new office in Swinton and plans to double headcount. You could be running the Swinton office within 6–12 months, as you take ownership and help shape the business.

What you’ll do

What we’re looking for
* 360 recruiter with 3+ years of experience
* Solid billing history – ideally £150K+ annually
* Ambition to progress into a leadership role
* Background in permanent recruitment (approximately 95% of roles are permanent)
* Engineering industry experience is ideal, but strong recruiters from other sectors will be considered
* Self-starter with a positive attitude and a commercial mindset
