My client is on the lookout for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their team and support in the day to day operations of the lettings department. Lettings Negotiator role - What’s in It for You? Basic salary of £25,000 Paid for parking permit Commission on top Up to £29,000 basic Great hours! Your Role as a Lettings Negotiator: Work collaboratively with the lettings team to achieve branch goals and being active in all aspects of the lettings process Ensure property compliance, maintaining gas safety, EPC and EICR certification, arranging contractors where needed Engage with clients—handling telephone and face-to-face enquiries with exceptional customer service Conduct property viewings, gather feedback, and negotiate tenancies with landlords and tenants Oversee smooth move-ins, ensuring properties are fully prepared Maintain strong relationships with both landlords and tenants, offering expert guidance throughout the process Play a key role in strengthening the brand in the local market Keep up to date with evolving legislation Who We’re Looking For: Experience in a Lettings Negotiator role is essential Sales & customer service experience – you’re a natural with people!
