The Talent, Development and Coaching Centre of Excellence works with the business to deliver high quality development opportunities that support organisational priorities and individual growth. The LoS and Firmwide Design Teams create innovative learning solutions by understanding business needs and designing or curating impactful programme content that uses the latest learning technologies. Design Senior Associates operate within a Portfolio Strategy Leader’s team, supporting programme delivery by translating business objectives into clear learning goals and designing effective learning interventions. They collaborate with Design Consultants, apply learning design methodologies and use insights from the Innovation and Investments Hub to develop high quality content.
What your days will look like:
1. Design and develop programme content through curation, in‑house authoring and external suppliers, ensuring solutions reflect business needs and Line of Service or firmwide priorities
2. Apply Innovation and Investments Hub processes, maintain quality control across content, and ensure learning objectives, consistency and innovation are achieved
3. Collaborate with stakeholders, learning experience and event delivery teams, and support facilitator briefings to enable effective programme delivery
4. Contribute to Communities of Practice, share best practice across the Design Hub, and design content with consideration for inclusion, accessibility, wellbeing and environmental impact
