We are seeking a Test & Development Engineer at Oset Bikes, a leader in children's electric off-road motorcycles and part of the Triumph Motorcycle Group. In this role you will take responsibility for the delivery of the testing & development of several components on a vehicle. This role would suit a hands-on design engineer who has experience testing components or assemblies. It is technically demanding position that emphasizes precision, accountability, and excellence in chassis testing and performance validation. Flexible working hours Key Responsibilities include: Work with development engineers to create test plans for verification of designs and sourced parts. Set up and run existing development tests and produce comprehensive written reports. Develop test equipment and source suitable external test centres Maintain test reports and asset registers with weekly reporting to management. Essential Skills and Experience include: 5 years in vehicle/machinery testing to ISO standards 2 years in electro-mechanical manufacturing Strong technical report writing in accordance with verification and validation procedures. Experience with hydraulic/pneumatic test rigs for lifecycle testing Electrical test setup experience Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 39 hours per week.
