Responsibilities:
1. Conduct regular face-to-face visits with:
* General Practitioners (GPs)
* Practice Nurses
* ENT/Respiratory/Oncology/Dermatology specialists
* Clinical pharmacists
1. Develop relationships with key decision-makers such as Consultants, Nurses, and Clinical Pharmacists.
2. Present and demonstrate NeilMed product benefits and usage.
3. Provide samples, clinical literature, and educational materials.
4. Offer expert sales and training support to optimize patient care outcomes.
5. Promote the company's ENT/Respiratory product portfolio.
6. Implement strategies to achieve revenue growth.
7. Maintain accurate records of interactions and feedback via CRM.
8. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and pharmacy teams to drive pull-through.
9. Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
10. Plan and conduct regular educational meetings, including department meetings.
11. Attend national and regional conferences regularly.
12. Work with various teams to ensure successful outcomes.
13. Provide ongoing support and education to customers.
14. Assist with regulatory and marketing initiatives.
15. Travel throughout the designated region.
Area: Northern Ireland
Qualifications:
* Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales (OTC, devices, ENT, Respiratory, or primary care).
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Proven ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals.
* Strong technical and clinical knowledge of ENT/Respiratory therapy (a plus).
* Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
* Proficiency in standard office software and web-based communication tools.
* Fluency in written and spoken English.
* Eligibility to work in the UK (essential).
* Own vehicle required; car allowance provided.
* Valid driver's license and ability to travel (details to be confirmed).
