Principal Recruitment Delivery Consultant
🚀 Senior Data Engineer – Leeds (Hybrid, 2 days onsite)

What you’ll be doing
* 🛠️ Design & build scalable, efficient, and secure data pipelines in AWS
* 🧭 Own development projects, shaping solutions from concept to delivery
* 📊 Model and manage data to enable high-quality analytics and insights
* 🤝 Collaborate with stakeholders across tech, data science, and business teams
* 🔐 Implement best practices for data security, privacy, and compliance
* 👩 🏫 Mentor junior engineers, driving technical standards and best practice
What we’re looking for
* Hands-on expertise with services like Redshift, S3, Lambda, Glue, Lake Formation, CloudFormation
* Strong coding skills in Python, Spark, SQL (DBT, Apache Iceberg a bonus)
* Experience with data warehouse design, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code
* Knowledge of Agile & Waterfall delivery methods
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
