Are you looking to kick start a career as a Gas Engineer? Are you based near Bury St Edmunds? We are looking for a gas apprentice to work on a 24 month fixed term basis, working 40 hours per week. The salary is based upon the National Minimum Age for apprentices.

Your Role:
* Attend training and work toward your craft qualification
* Assist with repairs, servicing, and appliance installation to industry standards
* Communicate with clients to arrange and carry out work
* Leave homes clean and safe, collecting tenant signatures after jobs
* Support colleagues and build relationships across the business
* Safely operate tools, machinery, and vehicles
* Keep accurate records of work and materials used
* Follow safety procedures, including reporting hazards like asbestos
* Complete paperwork accurately and ensure customer satisfaction
* Work flexibly, including out-of-hours if needed, and follow all health and safety guidelines
What We Need from You.
* Have a genuine interest in working in Gas Engineering
* Have a GCSE or equivalent standard in Maths and English (grade 4 and above)
* Have a positive approach to completing relevant courses and qualifications
* Flexibility and a positive attitude towards varied work and schedules
* Excellent customer service skills and punctuality
* Ability to demonstrate excellent organisational and planning skills
