Lead & support a dedicated team
Supervise social workers & family workers
Guide complex casework & care planning
Champion permanent homes for children
Collaborate with fostering, health & education teams
Non case holding holding position
What we are looking for:
SWE registered & relevant degree
Car owner, willing to travel
3+ years post qualified experience
Experience in a supervisory position
Strong leadership & mentoring skills
