Training & Competency (T&C) Manager
Location: Hybrid (2 days in-office, 3 days from home) - the client can also consider fully remote
Contract: Full-time | Permanent
Salary: Up to £80,000 basic salary + discretionary bonus and excellent benefits

As a Training & Competency Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the continued development, performance, and regulatory compliance of a growing adviser population. This is a strategic and hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced, and regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the implementation and ongoing management of the T&C scheme across the business
2. Monitor adviser performance and competence, supporting with coaching and development
3. Conduct observations, file reviews, and manage risk-based T&C activities
