Buckingham Care Home, based in Penistone, is seeking an experienced Care Manager to join our dedicated team and support us in delivering the highest standards of care to our residents.
Crown Care Group are an established Operator and Developer of Care Homes for the elderly, with a strong reputation for delivering luxurious facilities, in purpose-built, high-quality care homes.
Buckingham Care Home is located in Penistone and is a 72 bed Registered Care Home which provides an excellent standard of residential care for the elderly - including nursing and dementia care, as well as shorter term care.

About the Role
As Care Manager, you will take a leading role in overseeing the day-to-day care provision within the home. You'll ensure that care plans are accurate, up to date, and person-centred, while guiding and supporting our care team to deliver exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate, and support the care team to deliver outstanding care.
* Oversee, review, and update resident care plans to ensure they meet individual needs.
* Monitor compliance and ensure high standards of care are maintained.
* Work closely with the Home Manager to promote a positive, safe, and caring environment.
* Liaise with residents, families, and external professionals in a compassionate and professional manner.
Requirements
* NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (essential).
* Strong leadership skills with proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a care environment.
* Excellent knowledge and experience of writing and reviewing care plans.
* Knowledge of Caredocs (desirable but not essential).
* Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
* A genuine passion for delivering person-centred care.
