Support the Registered Manager in maintaining compliance with CQC standards and regulatory requirements. Oversee the delivery of person-centred care, ensuring dignity, respect, and compassion remain at the heart of all practices. Lead and support staff with training, development, and revalidation processes. Manage clinical governance and ensure high-quality documentation and reporting.
