We are FILMWORX, a leading property media agency based in Scotland. We are seeking talented Videographers and Photographers to join our growing team. We are specifically looking for candidates based in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Helensburgh, Stirling, Perth or Aberdeen. The Role This is a versatile role involving high-end property marketing, including architectural photography, walkthrough videography, Matterport 3D tours (on occasion), and aerial imaging. While previous experience in property media is preferred, we welcome applications from candidates with a strong portfolio in other filmmaking or photography sectors who can demonstrate technical mastery and a keen eye for detail. Terms & Progression We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities. Successful candidates will initially join on a freelance basis, with the potential to transition into a permanent, employed position. Technical Requirements Camera: 4K Mirrorless system. Optics: Ultra-wide angle lenses (approx. 15mm – 16mm full-frame equivalent is essential). Stabilization: Handheld 3-axis electronic gimbal. Aerial: Drone (ideally Mavic 3/4, Mini 3pro/4/5 Pro, or Air 3). Post-Production: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve. Logistics: Valid driving license and own vehicle are required for travel across the region. Candidate Profile The ideal candidate is a proactive, high-energy professional with excellent interpersonal skills. You must be comfortable engaging with clients and the public while maintaining a strict 24-48 hour turnaround schedule.
