Job Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, enthusiastic Band 2 Theatre Support Worker to join our efficient and friendly operating theatre team at the Grange University Hospital.
The successful applicant must possess excellent communication skills and have a proven track record of being reliable and dependable.
A flexible approach to work is advantageous. We seek a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual.
Main duties of the job
You must have worked in a hospital or care setting previously, but no theatre experience is necessary as full training will be provided.
However, your personal attributes should include being hardworking, conscientious, and caring, able to meet the physical demands of the role. You should have a flexible approach to working hours and duties, be able to take instructions, and use your initiative when required.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome.
