The Role As Lettings Manager, you will be responsible for running the branch as your own business, with full accountability for performance, profitability, and service standards. Your responsibilities will include: Managing day-to-day lettings operations and driving branch profitability Leading, motivating, coaching, and developing a lettings team to achieve and exceed targets Winning new instructions and building long-term relationships with landlords Providing expert advice to landlords on pricing, legislation, and market conditions Ensuring tenants receive a consistently high standard of service throughout the lettings process Identifying and maximising new business opportunities Monitoring local market trends and positioning yourself as a trusted local lettings expert Ensuring compliance with all relevant lettings legislation and company procedures The Ideal Candidate This role is open only to experienced lettings professionals.
