Business Development Manager
Location: London SE1 (Hybrid, 2 days in office)
Salary: £40,000 + uncapped commission (1st Year OTE £50k)
We’re hiring a Business Development Manager to help grow Lean Kitchen Network across the UK hospitality sector.
This is a high energy, outbound sales role where you’ll be building relationships with fast food restaurants, pubs, hotels, and leisure operators, and helping them launch branded food concepts with some of the UK’s most recognisable consumer brands.

We have 300+ locations serving our food and counting. At LKN, we license our attractive suite of food brands to diverse venues including fast food restaurants, pubs, hotels, universities, and retailers, boosting their customer experience and profitability.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to step into a full-cycle sales role within a fast-growing business.
As a Business Development Manager, you’ll support new partner acquisition across two key verticals:
* Online Delivery: Expanding our delivery brands across QSR, pubs, hotels, and leisure operators
* Onsite Dining: Supporting the launch of branded food concepts within pubs, bars, hotels, and social venues
You’ll be responsible for generating new opportunities, building relationships, and supporting deals through to close, working closely with senior team members along the way.
This is a target-driven role with clear KPIs around pipeline generation, meetings booked, and revenue contribution.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities across the hospitality sector for online delivery and onsite dining via outbound activity.
* Engage with senior managers, directors, and C-suite executives within hospitality groups to unlock new opportunities and expand LKN's partner network.
* Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth handover from sales to onboarding and account management.
* Maintain accurate CRM data (Hubspot) and weekly reporting on pipeline activity and performance.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in a full cycle sales role, ideally within the hospitality space.
* Strong communicator, capable of engaging and presenting to external stakeholders.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced, scaling business.
* Proactive, ambitious, and driven by results.
* Full cycle sales experience in FoodTech or Hospitality is a huge advantage.
