Job summary
Tees Esk and Wear Valley NHS Trust Adolescent Mental Health Services are seeking to recruit a CAMHS Nurse/Clinician to work within the LD CAMHS service based at North End House.
We are looking for a motivated and compassionate registered nurse/clinician with high motivation and a keen interest in continuing the improvement of our young people's care and treatment to join our multi-disciplinary team.
Main duties of the job
The position would be with North Durham LD CAMHS service working with children and young people with a learning disability.
This job will be well supported by the wider MDT within the service all having responsibility for certain aspects of the overall care provided by this CAMHS Service.

1. Current professional registration with appropriate body in healthcare or social work.
2. Evidence of Continuing Professional Development.
3. Depending on work area, recognised sign-off mentor (or equivalent) or must be achieved within agreed timescale.
4. Key skills in literacy, numeracy and ITQ level 2 (or equivalent)
5. Post-graduate qualification in a relevant area (within agreed timescale)
