Key Responsibilities
*
Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the national curriculum
*
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports learning and student development
*
Assess, monitor, and track student progress, providing constructive feedback
*
Maintain strong classroom management and uphold school behaviour policies
*
Adapt teaching methods to support students of varying abilities and learning needs
*
Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and leadership teams
*
Contribute to the wider school community and student development, including tutor or pastoral responsibilities
About You
*
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
*
Experience teaching in a UK secondary school setting
*
Strong subject knowledge and curriculum understanding
*
Confident classroom management and the ability to engage and motivate students
*
Excellent communication and organisational skills
*
A passionate and proactive approach to teaching and learning
*
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain one)
