What is the role?
This is an excellent opportunity for you to enter the Insurance industry and be part of a team of consultants handling all new business enquiries, providing quotations for customers' insurance needs. Based in our Northampton offices, you will work in a phone-based team handling inbound calls from active marketing campaigns and outbound calls to customers who have requested contact via e-commerce sites or email. You will understand clients' needs and present solutions based on the information provided, with the aim of arranging their insurance for the upcoming year across various products. No prior insurance experience is necessary, as we will provide comprehensive training and support.

About you
You should be confident, positive, and outgoing. Experience in a customer-facing environment, whether in person or over the phone, is beneficial but not essential. Selling experience is a plus but not required. Full training on our products and systems will be provided. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
You must demonstrate a willingness to learn, possess an enthusiastic personality, and be proactive. This is a targeted sales role requiring hard work. Many clients may be elderly or vulnerable, so patience and empathy are essential qualities.

The Package
* Starting base salary dependent on experience
* Unlimited monthly bonus scheme with an approximate OTE increase of £6,000
* 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing to 30 days based on service

* Full-time permanent contracts, working 37.5 hours per week during our business hours:
o Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm
o Saturday 9am - 1pm (one Saturday in four required)
