Location: Brighton (Hybrid working)

Role Summary:
This is an opportunity to join a respected residential property team handling a steady caseload of 25–30 quality matters. The firm prioritises service and client experience. Hybrid working is on offer with an initial office-based period to integrate into the culture and system.
Key Responsibilities:
* Caseload Management: Run a varied and high-quality residential caseload from instruction to completion
* Client Contact: Provide clear, timely updates and maintain strong relationships throughout the process
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with a small team of fee earners and support staff in a balanced environment
* Risk & Compliance: Ensure all transactions are handled in line with regulatory and internal quality standards
* Systems & Culture: Engage with firm values and systems, with support provided during the onboarding period
Requirements:
* Experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload
* Familiarity with freehold, leasehold, and high-value transactions
* A client-focused, team-first approach and strong communication skills
* Self-motivated with high attention to detail
* Interest in contributing to a long-term, growth-oriented team
* 25 days holiday + Bank holidays + Christmas office closure
