We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our Business Intelligence team. You will work in a team alongside other analysts to develop data pipelines, transform and interrogate data, derive insights and build reports and dashboards for stakeholders, that drive strategic and operational decision-making.
Reporting directly to our Business Intelligence Manager you will play a pivotal role in helping us drive our digital transformation whilst not forgetting the human side of every customer interaction.
You will help drive efficiency, action and leading customer service through robust measurement, actionable KPIs, reporting, & analytics. Beyond understanding our unique business model you will help us get to know our teams and customer interactions better. Working with operational teams and customer product teams you will model data from business systems to be insight and operations ready.
This role is for you if you have:
1. Solid experience in SQL
2. Experience with Google BigQuery preferable
3. Experience working with relational and non-relational data sources
4. Experience using Google Looker Studio (formerly Data Studio), or similar products
5. Data visualisation and data storytelling skills
6. Familiarity with data modelling concepts
7. Experience of requirements gathering and stakeholder management
8. Knowledge of Google Sheets
9. Familiarity with fundamental statistical concepts
10. Highly diligent with exemplary attention to detail
11. Strong communicator with ability to articulate complex technical subject matter to non-technical users
12. Worked with data supporting a Contact Centre operational environment

What you'll do
13. Join a small Business Intelligence team working within Operational Support
14. Interrogate data in Google Big Query and develop data pipelines for analysis and reporting
15. Build a portfolio of reports and dashboards using Looker Studio
16. Ensure business alignment, active adoption and trust in numbers
17. Curate trusted data models to enable self service analytics
18. Manage the access and distribution of reports
19. Adopt best practice data management techniques
20. Be accountable for servicing information to our operations managers and team leaders
