Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Administrative Assistant located in Hertford, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Administrative Assistant will provide daily support through tasks such as managing schedules, handling phone communication, maintaining organized records, and performing clerical duties. The role will also involve assisting executives, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance tasks
* Strong organizational and Clerical Skills, with attention to detail
* Excellent Communication and professional Phone Etiquette skills
* Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple responsibilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other administrative tools
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and take initiative when needed
* Previous experience in a similar administrative role is an advantage
