Our workforce information team are looking for a committed person with a record of implementing lasting beneficial change in a large organisation to provide support to our HR workforce team. You will need to have experience of working within a highly professional solutions-based service, providing customer and solutions-focused generalist service, providing professional advice and guidance to the customer as first point of contact on a wide range of workforce information matters relating to queries across the employee lifecycle and terms and conditions of employment. The postholder’s responsibilities include: Contribute to the continual development of NHS Forth Valley’s Workforce Plan by providing statistical information. Assisting with the implementation of developments within eESS (Electronic Employee Support System) at a local level. Work flexibly across The HR workforce team as the implementation of new systems are introduced. ESSENTIAL REQIREMENTS: Experience in a workforce information environment is essential, preferably gained within an NHS setting. Experience of supervising workflow/making recommendations and prioritising in a fast-paced environment which involves competing demands and timescales and where priorities as constantly changing. Knowledge and previous experience of working with workforce systems Knowledge of Workforce Planning Based on the above the post holder would have: · Educated to degree level or equivalent experience within the NHS · Sound knowledge and understanding of the NHS · Well developed verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate to staff at a variety of levels of the organisation to overcome barriers to understanding · Excellent IT skills · In-depth working experience of HR information systems and requirements The duties of this post require the successful candidate to complete a Level 2 Disclosure Scotland check.
