Key Responsibilities: Preparing monthly and year-end financial accounts Managing VAT, tax, and payroll processes Overseeing the day-to-day finance function, including AP, AR, and the general ledger Supporting audits and liaising with external advisors Producing regular reports for shareholders Leading on process improvements and finance projects What Were Looking For: Strong all-round financial accounting experience, ideally within an SME or project-led business Experience in manufacturing or construction would be advantageous, but not essential.
