A well-established local contractor specialising in social housing maintenance is looking for an experienced Multi Trade Operative to join their team. This is a long-term opportunity to carry out high-quality repairs and refurbishments across a range of domestic social housing properties.
Responsibilities:
* Carrying out a variety of responsive repairs across void and occupied social housing properties.
* Repairing or replacing skirting boards, architraves, internal door frames, locks, handles, and hinges.
* Identifying and resolving minor plumbing issues, including leaks, taps, and blocked sinks.
* Completing patch plastering and making good damaged walls or ceilings.
* Undertaking wall and floor tiling repairs, including grouting and sealing.
* Painting and decorating to a high professional standard following repair works.
* Providing excellent customer service and representing the company positively.
* Using a handhold electronic device to receive job instructions, update progress, and log completed works.
Requirements:
* Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
* Basic Criminal Record Check (DBS)
