About the role
As a governance officer, you play a key role in ensuring the Digital Information Division delivers a high standard of governance services. You support the rollout and maintenance of the relevant processes and tools necessary for effective portfolio management tracking and reporting. You maintain a pipeline plan of new demand alongside existing portfolio change activities. You provide cover to the wider portfolio management team on a range of governance activities such as benefits management and risks.
About you
We're looking for someone with working knowledge of a wide range of portfolio or programme management activities and functions, such as creating milestone plans, managing dependency logs, quality assurance, risk and benefit management frameworks. Proficiency in the use of various IT systems such as SharePoint, MS Office and Power BI is essential.
