Key Requirements:
* Eligibility to work in the UK
* An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
* A genuine interest in education and working with young people
* Previous experience working with secondary-aged students is desirable

Main Responsibilities:
* Supervising pre-set lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
* Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a calm environment
* Keeping students focused and engaged in the lesson material
* Answering student questions using lesson resources and prior knowledge
* Ensuring a safe and respectful classroom environment
* Maintaining discipline in line with school policy
* Supporting students with a range of learning needs
* Building rapport with students and acting as a strong role model
* Reporting any safeguarding concerns immediately
* Liaising with Heads of Department and pastoral teams as required
* Providing brief lesson feedback and student updates
