We have a position of Confectioner/ Fresh Cream Production Team member available. Our bakery prides itself in it's award winning pies, fresh pastries and delicious sweet treats. We are looking for somebody to join our bakery team to get involved in all aspects of production.
Responsibilities include:
* Be passionate about our products and also help us shape a future range for our customers.
* Prepare a wide range of confectionery products.
* Help produce Fresh creams, cakes, traybakes and platters.
* Follow recipes and production schedules to ensure consistent quality and quantity of confectionery items
* Decorate cakes and pastries as required
* Monitor baking and cooking processes to ensure proper temperatures, cooking times, and ingredient measurements are followed.
* Maintain a clean and organised work area, including cleaning equipment and utensils after use.
* Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations to maintain a safe and sanitary working environment.
* Collaborate with other team members to coordinate production and fulfil customer orders.

Monday 5am-3pm
Tuesday 5am-3pm
Wednesday 5am-3pm
Friday 4am-2pm
Saturday 4am-2pm
Good rates of pay for the right person
