Job responsibilities:
* Managing customer reporting and developing governance processes
* Analyzing data to provide performance insights
* Ensuring accurate definitions and reporting of outcomes monthly for stakeholders
* Carrying out monthly reporting for key customer metrics
* Supporting internal and external audit activities
* Collaborating with internal teams to improve reporting standards
Skills and experience required:
* Strong numeracy and analytical skills, proficient in Excel and data tools
* Ability to manage multiple streams of work and collaborate across teams
* Excellent communication skills for presenting data clearly
* Experience in reporting activities and governance management
