Red Recruitment is recruiting Customer Service Advisors on a temporary basis to join our client located in Weston-super-Mare and Clevedon. This role involves providing an efficient and effective service to customers across all contact channels within the Customer Service and Business Support operation. The hourly rate for this role is £11.44 per hour and is Monday to Friday only. Benefits and Package for a Customer Service Advisor: Salary: £11.44 per hour Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm Contract Type: Temporary (8 weeks) Location: Weston-super-Mare and Clevedon Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor: Providing administrative support through Business Support and Contact Centre activities Inputting all data with speed and accuracy ensuring any errors or amendments are identified and updated accordingly Providing a high level of customer service to all customers, recognising the customer service standards, ensuring you deliver customer satisfaction Delivering a high standard of calls and written communication in a confident, professional and friendly manner Communicating clearly and openly and displaying excellent listening skills at all times Maintain records and filing systems where appropriate Process applications in line with business requirements Key Skills and Experience of a Customer Service Advisor: Must be able to work independently and within a team You must have excellent customer service Strong communication skills, including both written and verbal skills is required The ability to work under pressure whilst hitting targets If you are interested in this position, please apply now Red Recruitment (Business)
