HRGO Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Property Acquisition Officer for our client based in Canterbury.
This is a temporary position for approx. 6 - 12 months.

Mon - Fri, 0900 - 1700

Canterbury offices, hybrid working and on site across the Canterbury District
Summary of the role:
To identify residential properties on the market that meet a brief given, with the aim of purchasing them.
To build rapport with developers and estate agencies to facilitate this.
To inspect properties against a brief.
To negotiate prices to secure properties within budget.
To liaise with internal teams to facilitate a smooth purchasing process, overseeing the property acquisition process.
Required Experience:
Understanding of the process for purchasing accommodation
Able to work using own initiative
Demonstrable experience of partnership working
Experience inspecting properties
You must have a driving licence and your own means of transport due to the travelling required for this role.
