Meraki Talent’s global financial services client is actively looking for a HR Business Change Manager to work in partnership with the HR Director of this well-known organisation.
This is not a Project/Change Manager role, this is first and foremost an HR role, for an HR professional with a good level of Change/Project experience.
The HR Business Change Manager will support the delivery of complex organisational change within a global HR model, within a rapidly changing environment. This is a hands on role, and all applicants must be willing to roll sleeves and personally deliver within this busy Change environment.
Responsibilities
* Lead and support restructuring and change programmes, including TUPE and redundancy
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Act as a trusted HR professional, able to handle challenging cases arising from change
* Operate within a global HR framework, aligning local delivery with global standards
* Partner with stakeholders to provide solutions
Qualifications
* Extensive experience working as a career HR professional is essential (This is not a traditional PM/CM role!)
* Thorough understanding of legal frameworks in regard to Employment Law
* Restructuring & Change experience highly desirable
* Experience working within a large global firm essential
* Ability to work on a hybrid basis in the Edinburgh office each week is essential
