Position: Customer Service Planner & Access
Location: Mitie TSOC - Manchester - Wythenshawe - Atlas Business Park - Pacific House
Role: Full Time, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours

We at Mitie are looking for Customer Service Planners and Access Coordinators to join our team based at our Manchester TSOC office, with the option to work in a hybrid role.
Role responsibilities:
1. Assigning and completing all Engineer work schedules.
2. Using standard times and scheduling tools to ensure the completion of all PPMs within the month.
3. Planning jobs to ensure success within the timeframe dictated by the demand lead.
4. Ensuring all Access is cleared.
5. Booking engineers with the appropriate skill set for the assigned jobs.
6. Noting required spares and flagging any risks to planning to the Demand Lead.
7. Escalating support where Access issues prevent success, ensuring any changes are made to prevent failed engineer time.
8. Working closely with the Operations Manager for engineer planning support and with the Demand Lead to keep all Requests for Work (RW) raised within SLA.
What does our ideal candidate look like?
* Attention to detail.
* Excellent organizational skills and time management.
* IT literate with experience using Microsoft Office packages, including spreadsheets.
* An understanding of supply chain and basic planning processes, such as ordering, production, and delivery.
* Knowledge of Maximo or similar CAFM systems is desirable.
