Job Purpose: Based at our state-of-the-art facility in Stone, Staffordshire, you will coordinate sterility testing at Lucideon, ensuring timely delivery, quality compliance, and excellent client support. Alongside this, you will support routine microbiology testing and general laboratory tasks. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with the Microbiology Manager and Laboratory Supervisor to organise resources, schedule staff, and approve sterility testing results to ensure on-time delivery. Communicate effectively with clients regarding their testing queries and results. Review and approve test data to ensure technical accuracy and compliance with SOPs, regulatory requirements, and relevant Pharmacopoeia. Maintain document control and complete investigations using the electronic Quality Management System (QMS), liaising with QA, Microbiology Delivery Manager, and Laboratory Supervisor. Support routine testing and laboratory tasks as required. Ensure adherence to GMP principles at all times. Key Person Requirements: Degree in Biological Sciences Proven experience working in a laboratory testing environment. Experience coordinating a team or managing workloads Knowledge & Skills: GMP Microbiological Testing knowledge, including sterility, microbial limits, water, and environmental monitoring testing.
